Dhofar Global Unveils Key Leadership Appointments

In a decisive move to further its expansion journey and elevate the company to new heights of customer service, Dhofar Global announced a series of strategic initiatives aimed at fortifying its position as a global leader in sourcing and delivering sustainable solutions across sectors and borders. These initiatives have ushered in a wave of transformative changes within the company, including a revamped brand identity, the launch of a cutting-edge e-commerce platform, and a resolute focus on sustainability.


To lead these transformative efforts, Dhofar Global introduced key appointments to its leadership team:




Mr. Faleh Al Abri, Chief Executive Officer: A seasoned leader with extensive experience leading companies through different stages, from establishment to operational launch and expansion, achieving sustainable year-on-year growth. Mr. Al Abri has served as the Executive Vice Chairman of Dhofar Global since 2016 and is a graduate of the Global CEO Academy, the National CEO Program in Oman, and the Middle East Leadership Association (MELA).




Mr. Hariom Singh, Chief Sales Officer: Bringing a wealth of experience in the consumer goods industry within the GCC countries, Mr. Singh boasts a remarkable track record in achieving market and product portfolio growth. He has been an integral part of Dhofar Global for the last 14 years with his last engagement being GM Sales covering three markets: UAE, Oman, and Qatar. He is a graduate of the Global CEO Academy.


Mr. Haroon Naseem, Chief Commercial Officer: A retail expert with 20 years of experience in the UK and the Middle East. Mr. Naseem has a proven track record in turnaround, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. His expertise lies in commercial models, retail formats, and strategic decision-making. Prior to this appointment, he was leading commercial activities regionally for international companies.
